Accessibility: Increase contrast

I have reduced vision, could the background and text contrast be a bit higher? Even with low transparency I can’t the screen without my glasses. :/

    For some reason I can’t edit the text:

    I have reduced vision, could the background and text contrast be a bit calmer in the eyes? Even with the accessibility settings on, I can’t read the screen without my glasses. :/
