This is a must-have. Right now I use structured to plan out my day and avoid overlapping scheduled events, but I have to use a separate app for my to-do list because I need to be able to see all my assignments/projects and their deadlines together.

Adding deadlines to your task list too! Right now you can only set a certain time duration for a task or make it an all day task, but with the second option you can’t check them off like you can other tasks, or set a time that you need it done by. As a student, it would be incredibly helpful to be able to add deadlines for assignments—without having to add a duration—while still having them appear in my daily task list (and hopefully in a future weekly/monthly view as well).

I would love if Reminders could be imported this way. All my reminders have their due date attached, so when Structured schedules them for that date, it’s not super helpful. I think Reminders should be imported with their date as a deadline and go in the inbox where they can be scheduled for a certain time.

If move overdue tasks to inbox becomes a thing, it could be good to have deadlines auto-set from the original schedule date.

Yes. A lot of the times I’m not ready to schedule an item in my inbox but there is a deadline. Seeing what’s coming up would give push needed to tackle.

Yesss please, categories!! 🤩
The user should be able to categorise their inbox (create project / activity folders), and add a deadline to review their brain dump.
The possibility to select colours and icons remains the same.
The same goes for categorising tasks: Each task should have the possibility to be associated to a project / type of activity.
In the Timeline view, the user can see the associated project/activity title next to or underneath each task. Would be great if every project/activity could have its own colour. To differentiate from tasks, these colours could be a rectangular background colour.
A much enhanced feature on the app UI would be if on the bottom sections, there would be another section for “Projects” or “Activities”.
Inbox could be replaced with “Brain Dump”, or “To Plan”.
