Add MCP support for Poke

Poke is a really fun AI agent that lives through text messaging (iMessage etc), it would be awesome to tie in structure with it.

    This would also be useful for me! Poke now has recipes also which are like skills combined with MCPs, so it can be pretty much first class support without any links and stuff to copy :)

    The Structured MCP can be connected by itself manually, but it seems to only work for a short while so it’s not really adequate.
