Not including reminders for announcement
When there is free time, the app often indicates how many hours are left until the next task. If this task is a notification, it should rather be ignored by the calculation of the free time space because if it was actually something where I had to get going for, I would put it in the calendar and not on notifications.

Hi Katharina,
I’m not sure if I understand your inquiry correctly. However, the messages in free time slots are not notifications, They can be disabled by choosing a simplified or minimal timeline layout.

Yes, that is right but I don’t generally find them bad. They often help me to see the free time I still have but also to get a feeling about how I have to set my priorities to actually get something done, so the tiny comments are very helpful to me. It is just that if I want to remind myself to text my mum in the evening that I am still alive (😉) which is also a little flexible, but has to be set at a certain time with that reminder, I would still somehow like to have the comment ignore this reminder and actually tell me how much time I still have left until I am going to bed. Or maybe I also just need to ignore that and actually plan concrete tasks and then adjust the actual time of the reminder according to the other activities I have then planned…

I think you’re right maybe I should just get used to putting that as a part of my evening routine or something… it is just that it has always been a reminder on my phone and now that all the reminders are included in the app, I need to find a new way of just generally doing that in the evening… maybe by putting it as an all-day-task which I will all check before I go to bed and then I finish that one.
