There is no in-app search feature yet. However, for Apple users, we have two workarounds to search for events in Structured. You can either use the Shortcuts app or, from Structured 3.7.0 onward, the Spotlight Search feature.

At least, it’s something. But be advised that such searching will find John Doe everywhere, in your mails, bookmarks, eeeeverywhere … 😅

Yeah, a system-wide search isn’t really what most users are looking for. Since this in-app search feature has been requested almost 3 years ago, I do hope to see it implemented at some point (and I guess that the recent introduction of Structured Cloud will help with that).

Can this please be prioritised? I have lost so many tasks because I put in the wrong date and now I can't find them. And if I put a future appointment in Structured rather than Calendar and I forget when it was for then I just can't find it at all.

Yep I have lost things as well and it’s like oh well put a new one in and wait for the lost one to pop up. Who knows when. It’s a pain in the …. But I’d so like to even when I have the right date be able to search and go oh right that appointment is next week not the week after.

This is one of the few ways in which something like Things 3 is better than Structured. If you don’t remember when you scheduled something to get done, it can get lost completely. Search function would solve this almost completely.

Definitely want to get notified about this. Don't think I can move completely to this app without a search feature.

A search feature is definitely necessary, to continue using the app I will need this implemented, if not I will probably switch apps

The lack of a search feature is the biggest drawback to Structured. Otherwise it is a great app!
