This would be my top feature request at the moment! I have insomnia so my wake up and bed time change. It would be awesome if I didn’t have to manually change my tasks each day! If I could vote 100 times I would!

That's a very nice idea, especially for morning routines. I meditate every morning 20-30 minutes after I woke up. Having this synced with my wake-up time would ensure a consistent schedule. Taking this idea even further would be the option to check “X minutes after alarm” or something else in Structured and not only a shift in hindsight due to the reconfigured wake-up time. And of course, some tasks should remain firm, as appointments and meetings can’t easily be shifted.

That would also make me less grumpy on myself for not being able to stay in the rhythm I planned the night before while I have to replan it all.

What about the other way around? It would be nice if certain words could trigger a change in the alarm times.
Like holidays/vacation days that are set as all day events. Or if I have a morning routine set as first thing in the morning und then move it because I have an appointment that day and the alarm moves accordingly with the routine.
Also shift workers are usually ignored with alarm schedules and need to activate their schedules manually because there is no every second or third week schedule possible.

If this feature does get introduced, it would be nice to be able to say which tasks have non-negotiable times, like work.

+1 — really hoping this gets prioritized.
I actually paid for the app assuming two-way sync between Awake and Structured was already a built-in feature, not something still on the wishlist. As a paying user, seeing my Awake wake-up alarms reflected directly in the Structured timeline (not just tasks going the other way) would make the two apps feel like one connected system instead of two separate tools that happen to share a developer.
Would love to see this move up the roadmap. Thanks for building both apps — just want them to talk to each other properly.

An option to “would you like to shift your Structured tasks back to start from now / your current wake up time?” if you’ve overslept the alarm would be great.

This is a great idea. It would need a user-defined time buffer between the Awake alarm and the first task/event in Structured. (Some people can get ready in 10 minutes, other people need an hour, etc.)
Imagine setting your alarm time in Awake and getting a notification alerting you that you’d be late for tomorrow’s first obligation if you wake up at that time. That has the potential to really improve someone’s life.
